Properties: a property management class

I wrote the following code for a CS 216 assignment. The code has a few points of nongenerality and such that I hope to fix later; other than these, it could actually be useful in a real program. In that respect, it's a first for me :)

The files are as follows:

• The entire source tarred and gzipped.
• Makefile
• Properties.h (Properties class definition)
• Properties.cc (Properties class implementation)
• util.cc (miscellaneous functions)
• util.h (header file for the above)
• proptest.cc (driver program)
• proptest.txt (discussion of algorithms)
• Properties.man (manpage, in *roff format)
• Properties.ps (manpage, in Postscript format)
• proptest.prop (default test file)
